- 1-2 years moratorium
- 4-9% p.a interest:
- Flexible repayment period of up to 30 years (minimum 10 years)
- Minimum capital of USD$. 5M (Kshs500M (approx) with no maximum limit.
- Ability to pool different clients together to create the minimum funding need.
- Project is evaluated on its own merit without looking at your current income.
